PREORDER POLICY

Thank you for supporting the first Jannah Essentials collection. Because this is a limited preorder release, please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

A preorder means your item is reserved for you before it is ready to ship.

By placing a preorder, you are purchasing a hijab that is currently in production or awaiting production. Your order will be fulfilled once the preorder production is completed and the items arrive.

ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT

Preorders are expected to ship approximately [3-4 weeks] after the preorder closes.

Please note that this is an estimated time-frame, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production and shipping timelines can occasionally change due to circumstances outside of our control.

If there is a significant delay, we will communicate updates as they become available.

ORDERING A PREORDER

When you place a preorder, your payment is processed at checkout and your item is reserved for you.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order.

SHIPPING

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

The estimated fulfillment timeframe refers to when your order is expected to leave us. Carrier transit times after shipment are separate and may vary.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because preorder quantities are limited and your purchase reserves an item specifically for you, preorders are final and cannot be canceled once placed, except where required by applicable law.

If Jannah Essentials is unable to fulfill your preorder, you will be contacted and provided with the appropriate options, including a refund where applicable.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
